September is going to be an important month musically.

Firstly, we’re hoping to get ‘The Last One’ finished; we’re almost there, just a few more vocals to lay down and some mixing to go.

Secondly, I’ll be performing at a unique one-day festival at the Cambridge Corn Exchange, a venue I’ve always dreamed of playing, having first seen the likes of Pulp, Radiohead and the Manics there in the 90s. You can get half-price tickets for the event if you’d like to be part of it; details are below.

Subterranean Festival – Saturday 23rd September

This one day indie and rock festival takes place at the Cambridge Corn Exchange and is the first of it’s kind. The first band starts at 12:50pm and it runs all day until 11pm.

There will be three stages in the main auditorium and an acoustic stage called ‘The Lair’ in the bar. Bands and solo musicians will be performing one after the other, which means there will be great music on all day.

The gig features some really exciting talent including Oscar Corney, Goldblume, The Staycations, Beverley Kills, Mammoth Penguins, PINS, Hollowstar, Stone Broken, The Amorettes, Matt Hammond and Dave McPherson (InMe).

I’ll be performing in / on / (under?) The Lair at 4:10pm, playing a mixture of new and old songs for you all.

You can find out more, and purchase tickets, on the Cambridge Live website.
